The greatest catwalk on Earth : Victoria's Secret Show 2014 !
1 - Le premier défilé à Londres
Après avoir ouvert cette année deux boutiques à Londres, la marque de lingerie américaine Victoria's Secret semble s'implanter doucement mais sûrement au Royaume-Uni. Dernière étape: exporter son défilé annuel très médiatisé en plein coeur de la capitale, au plus grand palais des congrès de la ville, le Earls Court Exhibition Center. Le show était pour la première fois ouvert au public, même si le prix exorbitant des tickets, vendus 10.000 livres (environ 12.500 euros), a sûrement incité les gens à attendre la diffusion du spectacle sur la chaîne CBS, le 9 décembre.

They were tasked with strutting their stuff down the runway at the Victoria's Secret Show in the dazzling $2million Dream Angels Fantasy Bras.
2 - Deux "Fantasy Bras"
C'est la tradition VS: un Ange ferme le défilé parée du Fantasy Bra, le soutien-gorge le plus cher -mais pas forcément le plus beau- du show. Cette année, ce n'est pas un, mais deux Fantasy Bras, sertis de rubis, diamants et saphirs, qui ont laissé échapper quelques soupirs d'extase parmi les spectateurs. Adriana Lima et Alessandra Ambrosio ont été choisies pour présenter les deux pièces d'une valeur respective de 2 millions de dollars, fabriquées par le joaillier Mouawad et ayant nécessité 1380 heures de travail.
And Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima certainly did the extraordinary items justice as they took to the catwalk at London's Earl's Court on Tuesday evening for the lavish event.

Each of this year's designs was made by Mouawad jewelers using 16,000 rubies, diamonds and sapphires, all of which are strung together with 18 karat gold. The ornate ensembles took the designers more than 1,380 hours to make.
Alessandra, also 33, had the pleasure of wearing the red bra, and was covered in even more body jewellery than her colleague, accentuating her enviably trim shape, flat stomach and muscular yet lean thighs.
3 - Une préparation physique intense

Each of the women - who have been Victoria's Secret Angels for years (Adriana since 2000, Alessandra since 2004) - were adorned with large, flowing capes matching the colour of their underwear, adding to the drama of the moment.
In mid-November, they had taken the elaborate bras to the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas, Nevada to pose with the bejeweled creations.

In previous years, former Angel Heidi Klum has had the honour of wearing the Fantasy Bra on three separate occasions, and the likes of Gisele Bundchen, Tyra Banks and Karolina Kurkova have worn it twice.
The long-time Angels were joined by their fellow stars and other models at the highly-anticipated show, including the likes of Karlie Kloss, Doutzen Kroes, Candice Swanepoel, Joan Smalls and Jourdan Dunn.
4 - Taylor Swift et Ariana Grande en concert
Après Rihanna, Kanye West ou Justin Bieber les années précédentes, c'était au tour des jeunes chanteuses Taylor Swift et Ariana Grande d'assurer la bande-son du défilé Victoria's Secret 2014. Les musiciens Ed Sheeran et Hozier étaient aussi à l'affiche.
As well as Brit star Ed, the other singers on the evening were Taylor Swift - a relative veteran of Victoria's Secret after having performed last year - and US superstar Ariana Grande.
The show was, as ever, a wild and spectacular display of the iconic lingerie brand's wares, on some of the most beautiful models in the world.

Rear of the Year? The ladies looked as though they had been on a round the world trek in their eclectic clothing... while one revealed her perfect posterior
Exotic traveller: Invoking an ethnic and worldly vibe, the models then strutted down the runway bedecked in feathers and tribal-style items
And, as ever, the stars of the show were adorned with the brand's renowned angel wings, adding to the magical theme of the evening.
Tuesday evening's extravaganza was a burst of colour and fun, the models decked out in black, white, gold, pink, orange, green and pretty much every other shade under the sun at the London-based show, the first time it has been staged in the British capital.
Blonde models, including Candice Swanepoel, Karlie Kloss, Lily Donaldson and Behati Prinsloo, walked the runway in stunning gold ensembles for the show's opening segment entitled Gilded Angels, the backdrop of the stage matching them flawlessly.
They, along with their fellow models, were drenched in golden lighting as they sported various creamy lingerie sets and, of course, metallic gold wings.
On their endless pins, they wore knee-high boots with a metallic detailing, enhancing the sheer luxuriousness of the entire aesthetic.
